Set of 4 FDB J46 Danish dining chairs by Poul Volther mid century scandi

Originally design in 1956 by Poul M. Volther - these chairs have become an enduring classic of Danish design.

They all have the clear stamp on the bottom of the seat identifying them and ageing them to 1973.

The frames are solid and strong, the woodwork seems in great nick. As the photos show, the paint has chipped, flaked or bobbled in a few places. This is reflected in the price - but they are still wonderful chairs.
