60s Danish black leather recliner armchair by Jeki designed by Ebbe Gene & Soren Nissen

Made in Denmark by Jeki furniture - designed by Ebbe Gehl & Soren Nissen.
Beech frame stained black, with very dark grey/black leather cushion and a brown nubuck suede back.

The frame is strong and sturdy, with an ingenious mechanism enabling the chair to recline slightly - it’s a subtle shift but a very nice option.

The leather is in great condition and has been cleaned and treated.

There are obvious marks and wear to the black stain finish on the frame as seen in the photos. Especially so on the end of the arm rests, and some historic fixes. Doesn’t detract from what is a stunning chair.
