Deep blue mid century vintage water jug or pitcher by KIL Yugoslavian 1970s

We have a whole range of these beautiful pieces by the KIL factory in Yugsolavia - they date from some time in the late 60s or early 70s.

Amazing deep blue colour, that is really hard to capture in photos! Love the chunky curvy form and large size.

Small chip on the right hand side of the rim, otherwise it is great - KIL logo is clear on the base.

An historic maker in Eastern Europe that ran for over a century and has been revived recently - they produced some amazing pieces in the 60s and 70s, kitchenware, tableware and also vases very similar to the famous West German ones.
