Set of 4 1980s white post modern metal Thonet designed dining cafe bistro chair
Slim metal tubular frame, clearly inspired by the Thonet cafe bistro chairs of the late 19th century. This is an interpretation from the 80s or early 90s.
Instead of bentwood, this is fashioned from metal with a plastic seat imitating cane. Makes for a a nice solid piece of furniture and a hardy piece.
They are in overall very good condition, the seats are all whole and the frames are nice with only minimal marks.
Ikea did make similar ones, but I can’t find any marks to confirm these are those.
