Extra large vintage wooden chest of drawers from Harrods early 20th century

Stunning piece of furniture, really large piece of storage with so much style - still with its badge on the back from Harrods!

We believe its from the early part of the 20th Century, they are often called Edwardian but it may well date to the 30s rather than earlier.

The wood has an amazing deep tone and rich colour to it, slightly lighter towards the top, which may account for sun hitting it over the years.

Condition is very good for its age. There are marks to the top on the top and the odd scuff here and there - but surprisingly good considering. The drawers move nicely and don't stick, they are obviously not as perfect as new - but no issues to speak of.

Does look like some minor fixes have been done over the years to bits here and there, the mitre detailing near the top on the left doesn't quite meet anymore - but overall it is fantastic.
