Small kidney shaped side table from the 1950s or 60s, mid century modern

Super cute little table with the classic, kidney shape and tapered splayed tripod legs. We see these tables quite a bit, but never with the little parquetry design on the top using a darker wood.

The table is in solid condition with a little movement in the legs, but only very minor, and with obvious chips and wear to some of the edges as shown in photos.

There is a small mark ‘foreign’ on the underneath, this means it is probably made in in Germany post Second World War - probably in the late 50s or 60s. May also be from Italy or another Eastern block country.
